General Hospital spoilers reveals Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) just might have a problem. It’s as though she’s addicted to the rush of adrenaline she gets when she confronts her daughter’s killer and knows he can’t do anything to retaliate. She feels an immense amount of control over the situation that she never had before, and she keeps returning to feel it all over again. So it makes sense that she obliged when Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) asked her to help them interview Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and get to the bottom of what he knows about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). However, she wasn’t expecting his answers to stick with her the way they are going to.

General Hospital Spoilers — The PCPD Has Some Tough Questions
The PCPD are scheduling a series of interviews with Ryan in which Ava might help to poke and prod answers out of him. Her presence might not be necessary, but he’s definitely more likely to want to engage with her than anyone else, and she knows how to get to Ryan and wear on his nerves. When the police start asking questions that Ryan doesn’t necessarily want to hear, he’s going to strategize the best way he knows how to inflict discomfort onto Ava.
“Did Esme ever mention anyone of interest when she was in your presence?” Ryan might let them know she was more interested in Nikolas than Ava, and that she spoke as though the feeling was mutual between them. Further, when the police dig into the details of whether Ryan knew anything about other contacts Esme might have had in Port Charles, he just might lead them right to Nikolas’ door.

Every answer seems to lead back to Nikolas. Ava is going to be very unnerved by this, but she won’t show it. She’s going to put on a happy face in front of Ryan and insinuate she believes he’s just trying to toy with her emotions. As she pretends he can’t get to her that way anymore, she’s going to be itching to personally investigate whether there is any merit to the comments he’s making.

When Ryan paints a picture of Esme as a delightful girl who just wanted to be accepted and loved, Ava will be reluctant to believe Ryan would recognize a genuinely good person right in front of him. She knows he only looks for what benefits him in anyone he encounters, so she might start to wonder what he was getting out of his exchanges with Esme? Was she delivering him information about Nikolas and Ava the whole time? It will sure sound that way. After a few years of being free from this maniac, Ava is going to feel sickened by the thought that he once again had personal information about her life and marriage.
