General Hospital Spoilers: Ryan’s Confession About Esme’s Mom, Stunning Twist Changes Everything

General Hospital: Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom)General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the ABC sudser just threw fans for a curve in the Wednesday, July 27 episode wherein Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) had a heart to heart talk about her biological mother. Esme told her evil dad that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has a DNA test proving who her mother is.

In turn Ryan claimed even he doesn’t know the woman’s name—but he loved her! So much to chew on here, and the pivotal scene was incredibly written and beautifully acted. Let’s unpack what happened and what could happen in this riveting, “Who’s your Mamma” storyline.

General Hospital spoilers – Who Is Esme Price’s Mom?

GH fans have been somewhat led to believe that Esme’s mother is Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Ryan was obsessed with her to the point that he kidnapped her and as the rumor mill rightfully conjectures, anything could have happened offscreen that could have resulted in a devil spawning, ie, Esme.

But Ryan told Esme that he doesn’t even know her mother’s name. Either he is lying, he has pre-Alzheimers or is telling the truth, take your pick.

GH Spoilers – Will Esme Price Find Her Bio Mother?

Let’s conjecture for a moment that Esme’s mom is not someone currently on the canvas. GH fans have been vocal about the possibility that Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) is the mom in question. There is no denying the fact that she is as evil as Ryan. Could someone as demented as Esme actually have a normal parent?

Then again someone new could be brought in to play character. Here again social media is playing favorites, with many clamoring for the show to bring on Lindstrom’s wife Cady McClain (Jennifer Deveraux, Days of Our Lives) to play opposite him. Such a pairing would be fun with plenty of inside wink, wink, nudge, nudge moments especially since both were on As The World Turns.

General Hospital Spoilers – What Happens Next in Port Charles, New York?

One thing is certain about Esme’s biological mother—her appearance will pack a punch. Assuming of course that the woman is still alive. In order for her to have found psycho killer clown Ryan the least bit attractive she would by definition not have all her nuts and bolts neatly arranged in the toolbox.
