General Hospital spoilers tease, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have been living their best lives while blending their families and falling in love this past year. They’re about to celebrate their first Thanksgiving holiday together as a couple — although both of them have spent many such holidays at the Quartermaines together before. This time will be different. They both hold so much hope for their future together, and the holiday will be a reminder for both of them that they aren’t promised tomorrow as the Q’s come together for pizza, song, and the remembrance of the loved ones they’ve lost.

General Hospital Spoilers — Family Gathers Round
A Quartermaine Thanksgiving is like no other. Sure, Dante and Sam could stay home with the kids, but she doesn’t love to cook, and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is expecting to see her son’s face. We’re sure to see a few pictures on the mantel as the Q’s commemorate having Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle), Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee), Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon), Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and more with them in spirit.
We can expect pizza, regardless of whether anyone has better intentions for the Thanksgiving meal initially. We can also expect another year of the Q’s joining in song to sing We Gather Together. Might Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) take the lead this year?
GH Spoilers – Tease Dante Has A Surprise
Sam just might find herself feeling like the holiday couldn’t be more perfect as she looks around at Dante’s family — who are ironically also Jason and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) family. However, Dante has other things in mind. Lucky for him, Sam is a low key pizza and beer kind of girl. So she won’t mind when he pops the question over pepperoni. Word on the street is he’s ready to take the next step in their relationship. Of course, she’ll say yes! But she’s going to hate that at the exact moment she does, it’s Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) face that comes to her mind forcing her to recall his veiled threat about Dante’s shady past. What did she just say yes to?’

General Hospital Spoilers — Sam McCall Says Yes, Reluctantly
Sam and Dante aren’t likely to make it to next Thanksgiving. She’s already had concerns for the duration of their relationship that Dante isn’t really being honest with her — or with himself — about his feelings for Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan). Knowing Lulu could wake up from her coma at any time is a lot of pressure for a girl to live with.
In Sam’s mind, she stands to lose Dante if that happens. On the other hand, should she really be hoping it doesn’t – and what does that say about her as a potential stepmother to Lulu’s kids? Sam might think that’s her biggest problem, but Dante’s past is going to catch up with him soon, all thanks to Cody. Sam is a forgiving gal with a past of her own, but some things lurking in Dante’s past are just too much for her to forgive. What do you think Dante is guilty of that Cody took the fall for?
