After Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) confronted Gladys at the place the two of them once shared, Gladys called the cops and had them haul Sasha back to Ferncliff.
She was too busy trying to save her own behind to care about what happened to her daughter-in-law, now that she’d completely robbed her blind.
Gladys returns to trying to stuff everything she owns into a suitcase, frantically trying to disappear, planning to go to Puerto Rico-which she considers “the family’s island”.
She likely figures if Sonny can escape notice of the police there and can’t be extradited, neither can she. But as she’s in the process of slinging and stuffing in her suitcase, suddenly Sam appears!

GH Spoilers – Exactly What Do You Think You’re Doing?
Gladys, indignant, confronts Sam, who’d picked the lock in order to get into the condo, and wants to know exactly what she thinks she’s doing.

Then she accuses her of breaking into “her” house, to which Sam answers it’s not her house, it’s Sasha’s house; and the two women continue to argue.
Sam tells Gladys what a crappy mother she was to Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Gladys whines about no one thinks what she’s been through, losing her son and grandson.

Gladys continues to whine and accuse, and tries her best to get Sam to buzz off, she has somewhere she has to be, but Sam doesn’t relent. Gladys continues to make everything about herself as usual, as Sam assures her that she’ll pay for what she’s done to Sasha.

General Hospital Spoilers – Welcome To The Hot Seat
The tension in the room is thick enough with Sam and Gladys arguing, and then Sonny shows up and walks in.
He already knows everything thanks to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who he told he would handle Gladys, and he’s there to handle her!
Gladys makes all kinds of ridiculous accusations like Sam, Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) significant other is having an affair with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Gladys explains her suitcase by telling Sonny she needs to get out of town to escape the stress of poor Sasha’s life falling apart.
Sonny admits that makes sense-but how is she going to pay for this trip, then scaring her when he says he already knows everything!
