General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Gets Early Parole But Has To Stay Away From Jason As A Condition?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) will get early parole, but there is a condition; she will have to stay away from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). It would not be unusual for the parole board to assign some conditions to Sam’s release. Inmates always have conditions that will have to be met during the term of their parole, and sometimes probation is assigned either to run concurrent (at the same time as) the parole period, and sometimes consecutive where the parole period ends and a probation period is tacked on at the end.

Sam will possibly have to stay in a halfway house and wear an ankle monitor, like Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) does, or maybe not, since she is a mother to minor children. She will have to check in with assigned parole and probation officer every month for a series of months, in this case probably the remainder of the two years she was sentenced. Not interacting with known felons, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is considered, would be pretty much standard in any parole or probation agreement!

GH Spoilers–Sam McCall Parole Turns Might Be Upsetting

Truth be told, Sam might have to live like a hermit to avoid people with prison records in Port Charles! Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) Julian Jerome, (William DeVry) Ava Jerome, (Maura West) and even Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) have prison records!

That means avoiding pretty much all her blood relatives and several close friends, in addition to Jason! It would be more realistic for the conditions to not say Jason in particular, but considering the circumstances, that might be how it will be written! Exactly how is Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) supposed to see his father, have Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) run a Danny delivery service?

General Hospital Spoilers– Will She Have To Stay Away From Jason Morgan?

It’s possible Jason and Sam could arrange some alone time meetings at one of Sonny’s safe houses, but even then they would have to be very careful not to be observed by anyone who could get word back to the police. It doesn’t seem reasonable that anyone would want to, but if someone is out there with an agenda against Sam or Jason, or be following either one and doing surveillance for any reason at all, then that would be a parole and probation violation for Sam, and back to Pentonville Prison she would go!

There will probably also be restrictions on where she can go – she may not have full parole but be under house arrest – meaning she cannot leave her house. That would spoil any plans the two may have to try and meet anywhere. Sam would have to use Molly and her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to get Danny and Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) in and out of the house, Sam would not be able to accompany her. Groceries would have to be ordered in because she could not go to even the grocery store! But the main restriction would either be Jason specifically or those with prison records or criminal records specifically and that would include Jason!

      If the writers do this, after all the years we’ve waited for Sam and Jason to be reunited then I’m done. GH is no longer entertaining, its tiring and sad and depressing all the time now. Even the Christmas issue wasn’t up to par. GH has so much potential, but because of the idiots writing, it will never come to fruition…

      I totally agree, It’s like as if FV or the writers are so against having Jason aka Steve Burton and Sam being together, then why did they decides to bring back Steve Burton in the first place. Well then if they do decides to split them up, I’m also going to tune out and start going back and watch DOOL. For me I will always love Jason and Sam together, they are truly the best couple of GH in daytime. And we only get to see them once a week. It is totally sad that it had to turn out this way. I’m giving myself up till February sweeps. Well FV, you obviously have a favorite pet on the show b/c Nelle has done lot worse than Sam, Peter who had Jason hostage for 5 years, and Shiloh who’s done a lot worse than Sam and he got out of prison so fast. And I wouldn’t be surprise he’s the reason Sam is in prison for 2 years and to stay away from Jason, Sonny, and so on. This is pay back from Shiloh. Every thing I wrote is JMO.

      Why do you write such BS. I do not believe Jason was every CONVICTED of a crime so he could NOT be a felon. Second, they wouldn’t do house arrest because she needs to do community service and has kids that need looking after. She may have a curfew and some other restrictions but not seeing Jason, complete fabrication on your part to get people to read your drivel.
