General Hospital Sam wanted away from Jason’s life and the business to protect her kids. So Sam walked away and never looked back. Sam allows her son to visit his father when he can but otherwise, she and Jason have no contact. Jason still loves Sam but right now he has other priorities. Jason has been accused of murder and is fighting for his freedom.

However, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has put a huge target on Jason’s back. The Pentonville environment is not safe because Cyrus could have Jason killed there. Jason isn’t safe at the hospital either. Jason’s only ally at General Hospital is Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who Cyrus has also targeted. Jason and Britt will be forced to go on the run together.

However, Sam has no idea that Britt is going to be with Jason on the run. Sam could be very shocked that Jason has involved someone he barely knows in his escape. Could Sam see much more than this if she finds them?
