General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that an Instagram post Kelly Monaco recently uploaded has had fans buzzing. GH viewers are sitting on the edge of their seats for weeks now, sadly anticipating Sam McCall’s exit storyline. Fans know she’s been let go from the soap, and her last filming day was September 27.
Now everyone waits for the final shoe to drop; however, did Kelly Monaco’s IG picture offer some clues as to how Sam will leave Port Charles?
General Hospital Spoilers – The Davis Girls Are All Smiles
On Sunday, October 6, Monaco uploaded a photo of her, with Kate Mansi (Kristina Corinthos-Davis), Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Lee Grahn), and Kristen Vaganos (Molly Lansing-Davis). The caption read: “Last scene with the Davis girls. still doesn’t make any sense to me.”
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, which seems to be the case in this instance. Right now, Sam is struggling with the fact that her mom is prison for a crime she did not commit.
She vowed to dive into the river to find the gun her mother threw over the bridge, in hopes that she can clear Alexis’s name.
Due to the nature of this mission, many fans speculated that Sam could pass away trying to find the gun.
Still, as Kelly posted a photo of her last scene with her Davis family, it’s clear that when this was filmed, Alexis was out of prison. Could this mean that Sam dies during a family interaction?
GH Spoilers – No Love Lost Between Kristina & Molly
Kristina and Molly are at each other’s throats right now with a ton of animosity between the both of them. Could they get into a fight?
Could Sam try to separate the two and end up tripping or falling and hurting herself? Could she sustain head injury that causes severe brain damage? The storyline opportunities are endless.
Still, it’s important to note that just because Kelly posted the final scene between Sam, her sisters, and her mom, this doesn’t necessarily mean that this is one of Sam’s ‘final’ scenes.
It’s also important to note that the show does film storylines out of sequence so perhaps the IG picture of Sam, Molly, Kristina, and Alexis are the last ‘Davis Girls’ scene that Kelly filmed but not necessarily the last scene for Sam and her family.

Maybe, but aloof means “not friendly, cold and distancing.” Not sure that’s what you meant!
This is so ridiculous…Why GH? Why kill off Sam we love her. This show is going down like the titanic.
I think that Sam might help save LULU and be a donor and won’t survive the procedure

I have watched GH for over 50 years, it is now so stupidly written with no input used from fans and die hard supporters, I am watching it less and less. If it continues to change characters personality, behaviors that are so out of who they are, killing good people off, leaving the losers on to muck it up more….not sure how much longer I will be a GH fan/watcher. You did it to yourselves. The show is now an hour long and there are 20 minutes of GH and 40 minutes of ads. Really is getting old!!!!!
I think losing Sam in GH will continue to ruin the show. Certainly the writers can do better
Cyrus finds out about Sam’s time of death. To make amends for all the bad things he has done, he secretly has help getting Sam out of the hospital and takes her to a facility in attempt to save her life. Nobody will know if his task was successful or not until years later…
