Sasha kept Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) gift Willow threw in the trash, the complete half-heart necklace knowing Willow might feel differently later-might she gently hint at making peace with Nina?

General Hospital Spoilers – Hello From Your Fake Sister
Sasha was there to support Willow when she found out that Nina was her birth mother, months after Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) found out. She joked about being Willow’s fake sister, considering she’d played Nina’s long-lost daughter when she first came to town, paid by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Willow did get a laugh out of that, but on a subsequent visit when she received Nina’s necklace, Sasha noted it was in the trash-she fished it out.
Sasha wanted to keep the necklace for Willow just in case she did change her mind later-she knew how much it meant to Nina to give that completed necklace to Willow. Only when she first got the one half of the necklace she thought she only had one daughter-she didn’t realize the two halves were for twin daughters.
GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves And Sasha Had A Falling Out But Now Are Close Again

Sasha has a different perspective than most, having played the part of Nina’s daughter-they did have a hurtful falling out when the truth was exposed. However, time healed and now Nina and she are as close as a real mother and daughter again; Nina has much that needs Willow’s forgiveness from the past.
She had no idea Willow was her daughter, or even that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was when she tore into Willow as Charlotte Cassadine’s (AnaSofia Bianchi) third grade teacher.
Willow herself was horrified when she found out Nelle had been her twin and she took her sister to court over Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). So, Sasha knows there may come a time when Willow may have a change of heart and mind towards Nina.
General Hospital Spoilers – A Gentle Hint
By this time, Willow has heard about Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) injury which he may or may not ever wake up from. Willow remarks how horrible it is and how Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda) could be an adult before Ned wakes up and worries how it will affect Leo.

Sasha doesn’t come right out and allude to Nina’s twenty-five year coma, but mentions if it does take that long, Ned will hope to make up for lost years with Leo.
Willow kind of comes to a connection to Nina’s coma herself and she does look at Nina’s desperation in a kinder way. Sasha then gently hints at moving towards making peace with Nina-but only if Willow is ready.
