General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sasha (Sofia Mattison) could drop a major bombshell in the future. Sasha is fully aware that Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) have had a sexual relationship recently, and has yet to drop this knowledge on Nina’s daughter Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), who is now in a relationship with Drew, after cheating on her husband, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) (Drew’s nephew).

Sasha and Willow have had some major confrontations lately as they are currently at odds. Willow is angry at Sasha telling Michael about her kiss with Drew, and Sasha doesn’t agree with what Willow has done to Michael.
