General Hospital Spoilers: Scott Reeves Returning, Set To Reprise Steve Webber Role

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that a massive character return is coming soon.

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) recently revealed that she had spoken to her brother, Steve Webber, and he was released from jail. Now it seems as if the character is coming back to the land of Port Charles.

According to TV Insider, Scott Reeves is set to reprise the role. He was last seen on GH in March 2013, before he was hauled off to prison.

General Hospital Spoilers – How Long Will Steve Webber Be In Port Charles?

GH spoilers suggest that Steve’s time in PC won’t be too long, as Reeves revealed to TV Insider that he’s already wrapped up filming his latest run.

He states, “I would be totally open to coming back because I think there’s so much potential with Steven. Anytime they want me back, I’m there.”

Scott currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Melissa Reeves (Days of Our Lives’ Jennifer Horton).

From the sounds of it, he filmed his GH return just as she was filming her DOOL comeback as Jennifer.

On his GH return, Scott notes that “literally” from the moment he drove in it felt like little time went by since he left.

He also reveals he has scenes with Alley Mills (Heather Webber), and states it was great working opposite of the actress.

He notes Alley is “hilarious” and “plays that (Heather) role to the hilt.”

Reeves also talks about the reunion he had with Rebecca Herbst, who feels like a little sister to him. He goes on to say it was great to see her again and it felt like “reuniting with family” as the two are close outside of GH.

GH Spoilers – Scott Reeves’ Legacy On Daytime

Reeves started in the land of soaps on Days in 1988, playing the recurring role of Jake Hogansen.

It’s there that he met Melissa, and the two ended up getting married in 1990.

He also played Ryan McNeil on the Young and the Restless from 1991 to 2001 and snagged two Daytime Emmy nominations in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category.

When 2009 rolled around, Reeves joined GH as Steve, exiting the show in 2013.
