With that said, after everything that went down during the Tuesday, August 12 episode, could she push the button on an emergency custody petition?
Scout Quartermaine Is Unhappy
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Scout has been through a lot lately. She’s still grieving the loss of her mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who’s only been gone for mere months, not to mention how Drew has alienated her from her brothers, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) – as well as the rest of her family.
Scout needs to be with Danny and Rocco now more than ever – she could also use the support system of her Quartermaine family.
In addition to all this, Drew confused Scout by moving fast with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), and technically, with Willow dumping Drew, she’s another person Scout has “lost” in her life.
Alexis knows that Sam would want Scout living with Danny and Rocco; however, at the end of the day, Drew is her primary guardian right now.

Still, Scout went to extreme lengths during Tuesday’s show to spend time with Danny and the rest of the Qs. Could this move cause Alexis to strike back?
Not The First Time …
An emergency petition for custody was thrown around a lot during Willow and Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) fight for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko). Could it come into play here too?
Scout isn’t being hurt or abused (although some may argue Drew is playing mind games with the child), but he is definitely neglecting her.
After Tuesday’s show, could Alexis have the legal ammunition to push the button on an emergency petition for custody of Scout?

As Drew is foaming at the mouth to arrest Danny, Alexis might even do it in retaliation for what he’s putting her grandson through!
