ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal the GH staff is about to get a shock when their new Chief Of Staff walks in the door. With Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) returning to GH on Friday, September 11, could she be the new head of the hospital?
General Hospital Spoilers – The Staff Fears The Coming Changes
General Hospital’s Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) discuss the dramatic changes taking place now that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is Chairman of the Board. Unfortunately, none of the changes is likely to be anything that the staff will like.
Cyrus has gotten ride of long time doctor Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleston) and former head nurse Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman). Everyone knows that Cyrus is a drug runner and wants no part of him running their hospital. It is very likely that they want even less of the new Chief Of Staff.
GH Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Returns
General Hospital’s Britt wasn’t accepted by most of the staff when Monica let her come back on staff recently. Britt’s return is more than likely going to receive the same response. Britt being Chief of Staff is almost as bad as her mother Leisl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) running the hospital. However, Britt has just gotten out of prison recently and has no intention of returning. Perhaps Britt will run the hospital without getting involved in Cyrus’ illegal activities. Unfortunately, half the staff is likely to walk off their job if Britt is named as their boss.
General Hospital Spoilers – Liz Baldwin And Britt Westbourne Hate Each Other
General Hospital’s Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Britt loathe each other. Britt and Liz have had several issues over Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Liz is highly unlikely to take to Britt being her boss. No matter how bad things are with the money situation at home, Liz is likely to be the first to walk off the job. Finn is also highly unlikely to want to work with Britt after her mother trying to ruin his career. The G.H. staff will not like this change and probably won’t remain silent about their dislike.

GH Spoilers – Is Britt Westbourne Qualified For The Job?
Is it even possible that Britt is qualified to be the Chief Of Staff? How can anyone justify giving Britt the job after her recent prison stint and the knowledge that she has stolen an embryo from the hospital and had herself impregnated with it before?
Will the board go along with Cyrus’ decision to give Britt this job? Would putting Britt in as Chief of Staff make the hospital liable for more lawsuits?
Britt running the hospital will certainly have everyone on staff up in arms. Will there even be a hospital staff if Britt takes over?

Britt just got out of prison who wants her running the hospital? She's one of Cyrus' goones and she's shaking up the hospital staff. She's gonna run this place in the ground. I'm sure she's into shady things like she did before with Brad.
Cyrus has gotten rid of Dr. Quartermaine as Chief of Staff and has Britt, a former jail bird who's not qualified. She stole embryos and impregnated herself while working at the hospital previously which deems her unethical. She's not trustworthy and shouldn't be in that position.
