General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there will be shock in Port Charles as two new Cassadines emerge-danger looms with their arrival! With Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) apparently still presumed dead, the new Cassadine claiming to be the rightful heir for the first time in Cassadine history is a female!

General Hospital Spoilers – New Cassadines-Why Does No One Know Of Them?

These are distant Cassadine relatives apparently, because neither Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) Alexis Davis, (Nancy Lee Grahn) or Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) have ever heard of them.

The older generation now all have died, and Valentin never found any reference to the new ones in the books he found on Cassadine Island after Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) death.

The teenage girl arrives first with an elderly gentleman, her guardian who once served the Cassadine monarchy.

But the teenage girl isn’t the only contender for the Cassadine estate, which now consists of Cassadine Industries, Cassadine Island, and all of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) properties.

We’ll call the girl Svetlana for now-Svetlana’s older and ominous brother apparently did something so horrible he was cut out of the will!

GH Spoilers – The Cassadine Brothers’ Cousin’s Children?

Apparently, Svetlana and her older brother-we’ll call him Boris for now-are the grandchildren of Victor and his brothers’ cousins, not in the direct family line of any of them.

At least that’s what Svetlana’s guardian, Stanislaus claims, and has some documents to prove it-Alexis wants to do research to prove them and Valentin believes they are forged!

These cousins lived in Russia and never came to Greece, so no one knew them and no one ever spoke of them-Valentin and Alexis don’t understand how Svetlana can be the rightful heir.

Many questions arise, including whose will are they trying to contest-Victor or one of his brothers?

Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will specifically stated females could not inherit and that started with his and Victor’s grandparents.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dangerous Times Ahead

Dangerous times lie ahead for the remaining Cassadines in Port Charles, and it’s just Alexis and Valentin to battle Stanislaus and Svetlana in court-Nikolas cannot from prison.

Spencer is still presumed dead, and while the elderly Stanislaus and Svetlana aren’t threatening, when Boris arrives it’s obvious he’s an evil one! Boris carries with him a terrible secret-and Valentin gets the impression it’s worse than any he was accused of hiding.

Boris is an angry young man with an outcast grudge, whatever it was he did cost him his Cassadine birthright and his sister.

But Valentin and Alexis are puzzled as to what happened to his and Svetlana’s parents-is Boris’ horrible secret that he killed them?
