General Hospital Spoilers: Shocking Twist – Real Nathan Alive And Held Captive, Cassius Lied?

General Hospital Spoilers:  Shocking Reveal Ahead-Real Nathan Alive And Held Captive-Cassius Lied?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease there may be yet another shocking reveal ahead-could the real Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) still be alive somewhere and held captive? If so, that means his twin Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) lied to Josslyn Jacks!

Cassius May Have Told Josslyn What He Was Told-What He Thinks Is The Truth

When Cassius answered Josslyn’s question about why Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) never mentioned a twin, he may have told her what he was told-what he thinks is the truth. He said that she was told he died, and that it had been his father’s, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) idea.

Knowing what we know about Liesl giving Nathan to her sister, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) to raise to protect him from Cesar, even claiming Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was his father that doesn’t make sense.

And if Cesar wouldn’t raise his oldest son (that we know of) Heinrich Faison (Wes Ramsey) aka Peter August, why would he have raised Cassius?

More importantly, how-Cesar spent a life on the run most of the time, used several different aliases, and was presumed dead at least once-where was little Cassius?

Josslyn Asked How He Explains Nathan’s Body Missing From His Grave

After Cassius revealed his true identity to Josslyn, another question she asked was how Nathan’s grave came to be empty and how did his fingerprints match Nathan’s police records?

The DNA would match since they were identical twins, and Cassius told her he’d arranged for Nathan’s body to be removed. He then told her that he hacked into the PCPD computer system and altered the records and replaced Nathan’s fingerprints with his own.

But there’s one major problem with the body story-when Cassius first came to town, he was unconscious in a wrecked pickup truck with no body in it. Plus, the grave would have been tampered with when Anna had the grave exhumed, and it wasn’t.

Here’s What Could Have Really Happened-Nathan Was Removed From His Grave Years Ago

Here’s what could have really happened, Nathan could have been removed from his grave years ago, when it was still freshly dug-Peter August could have had it done.

Like what happened to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Nathan could have been whisked away, and kept captive for years-probably by Faison’s associates, maybe even by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

If Cassius does know the truth about Nathan, he’s not allowed to say-but there is a possibility that he doesn’t.

Therefore, to explain Nathan’s body being absent from his grave, Cassius probably just made that story up in the spur of the moment. As far as the twins being separated, Liesl indeed may have been told Cassius died, but there has to be more to the story, Faison being none the wiser!
