General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny And Victor Clash; An Even Match?

General Hospital: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will clash; will the Corinthos and the Cassadine be an even match? Sonny’s nephew Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has been unduly influenced by the Cassadine patriarch, Sonny fears, and he’s going to confront him over it, and has other suspicions as well.

General Hospital Spoilers – Somebody’s Hiding Something

Even though Sonny is worried about his nephew Spencer and has set up protection for him inside the walls of Pentonville Prison, he’s also concerned about Ava Cassadine (Maura West). Sonny is also having his people protect Ava in General Hospital after the brutal attempt on her life; and she’s afraid, which is understandable, but she wasn’t that afraid of Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Sonny knows somebody’s hiding something, and Victor and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) are acting suspicious; Ava’s hiding something too and he intends to find out what.

Sonny can perfectly understand Spencer’s cutting out his father from his life, he was there when Nikolas was first presumed dead. He saved Spencer when he was a little boy from being kidnapped by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) although it is questionable that Valentin would have hurt him.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Asks Questions

Sonny’s asking questions that ruffle the feathers of Victor, and Sonny knows that Victor’s up to something, but even Ava is covering for him and Nikolas. He came in on Ava and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) talking about some things that had happened, and they shut up real quick as soon as he walked in.

General Hospital spoilers show Sonny wouldn’t think to ask Nina to betray Ava’s confidence, but he knows whatever they were talking about was a very serious thing. Sonny also knows Ava herself is hiding something about Esmé Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) disappearance since she didn’t want him getting involved in finding her. Sonny has a feeling that everything is connected somehow, but finding her attacker is the most important and making sure she’s protected from another strike.

General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine, Intimidated?

Sonny’s reputation was a lot more fierce years ago when he was more of a mobster to be feared, but the name Corinthos still commands respect. His reputation is apparently preceding him as Victor, trying to bluff his way out of Sonny’s intensive questioning seems intimidated. Sonny’s asking Victor questions like what did Ava do to make him and Nikolas want to keep her quiet, and asking if there’s a reason he shouldn’t look for Esmé.

Sonny knows he’s getting somewhere as he confronts Victor over what he might know or not know, because Sonny is very good at reading body language. He knows Victor knows what Ava’s hiding and he’s getting close to the truth; in another life, Sonny might have been a detective or a spy himself.
