General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthis Watros) was hesitant but thrilled when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) proposed to her. After some convincing, Nina finally agreed. They haven’t yet set a date but more than likely it won’t be far into the future. But Nina has a huge secret that could not only keep Sonny from marrying her, but could also break this couple up for good! The problem is that someone knows her secret even if they aren’t able to tell it just now.

Months after learning that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) committed insider trading, Nina had her attorney Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) call the SEC to report their crime. The call was made anonymously and Martin assured Nina that no one would find out. But things weren’t quite that simple.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Could Find Himself In Prison!

Truthfully, the authorities don’t really want Carly. What they want is information that she might possess to incriminate her ex-husband Sonny. So if Carly produced the evidence against Sonny, it’s possible she can get all charges against her dropped. Carly is loyal to Sonny, even though they are no longer married so at this point she hasn’t even entertained the idea.

However, General Hospital spoilers show Carly isn’t the only one who might make a deal on her behalf. Her daughter Joss Jacks (Eden McCoy) has her own reasons for wanting Sonny to go to prison, and she might possibly have the evidence to back up her claims. It’s possible Josslyn could make a deal on her mother’s behalf.

If the charges against Carly turns into a way to imprison Sonny, authorities might decide to take another look at who made the call to the SEC in the first place. While Martin was telling this to Nina, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) overheard them and was preparing to tell Drew when he fell, hitting his head and plunging into the pool at the Metro Court.

Doctors reveal that Ned will likely have some sort of brain damage, so he likely won’t remember the conversation he overheard. But as time passes, Ned’s condition will improve and he will reveal Nina’s guilt. Most likely this will happen right as Sonny and Nina are preparing to say their vows. The question then becomes, will Sonny and Nina already be married or will Ned’s accusations stop Sonny not only from marrying Nina, but having anything to do with her?
