General Hospital Spoilers tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is about to level Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) as he comes for her blow after blow, attacking her character and making assumptions about her intentions that bring her to tears. Carly has been on the edge of a breakdown ever since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) told her the truth about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) condition.
She was beside herself with grief knowing she could have stopped this sooner if she had revealed the truth about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) being Willow’s birth mother. But that’s not what she did, and she’s going to pay for it now — starting with Sonny.
General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer Is Such A Pale Version Of Who She Used To Be
When Sonny and Carly chatted in the hospital lobby about the events leading up to Nina ending up in Willow’s hospital room, Sonny was stunned to find out Carly knew about the relation between Nina and Willow since last summer and kept it to herself. Clearly, she was never intending on telling Willow the truth. Carly tried to claim she did it out of interest to protect Willow — and Drew attempted to back her up even though she didn’t deserve his help — but Sonny wasn’t hearing it.
GH Spoilers – Say Nina Reeves Basks In Sonny Corinthos’s Loyalty To Her
When Nina hears Sonny read Carly the riot act and stand in defense of his woman, she’s going to be on cloud nine. This is exactly what she’s been longing for. She can feel all of the anxiety and insecurity she’s had for months just melting away at the sight of Sonny banishing Carly from his life and calling her every name in the book.
Nina will relish this moment, because it will be the first time she has felt like she came before Carly in Sonny’s heart. Will it be the last though? Her anxiety won’t be gone for good.
General Hospital Spoilers — A Heartbroken Carly Spencer Gives Drew Pause
Carly will be devastated by Sonny’s cruel words. No one knows how to push her buttons and hit her where it hurts more than her four-time husband. Drew knows that, and he’ll be there to help Carly pick up the pieces — even if it’s just as her friend for right now. She’s going to appreciate the comfort he provides, and she will know she doesn’t deserve it.
However, as Drew watches Carly try to cope with Sonny’s harsh tone and haunting words, he will wonder if she’s really as over her ex-husband as she thinks she is. Will Drew adopt some of that insecurity Nina is finally giving up?
