General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Issues A Lethal Warning To Cyrus!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) wasn’t in Port Charles when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was finally taken down and arrested for his crimes. And although Cyrus has made his sister, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), his primary target, his biggest business rival was Sonny. Cyrus brought drugs into Port Charles and that is against everything that Sonny stands for.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault is back in Port Charles!

Although he is still incarcerated, Cyrus is back in Port Charles, serving out his sentence at Pentonville. As viewers may recall, Cyrus has always been able to do a great deal of business while behind bars so his return will surely cause concern for both Sonny and his colleague Selina Wu (Lydia Look). While Sonny and Selina seem to both be on the same page, their partnership is tenuous and might easily be broken.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault claims to have found religion.

Cyrus has informed Laura that he has found religion while incarcerated this time. Whether or not that is true remains to be seen. It certainly hasn’t kept him from scheming. The recent article In the Invader was a scathing attack on his sister, and Cyrus wrote it himself, claiming that the citizens of Port Charles were backing him. But Cyrus is a drug pusher so it seems unlikely that most Port Charles residents would trust him with anything.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos will pay Cyrus Renault a visit!

Sonny is back in power and controls the piers. Even if Cyrus wanted to he would have a difficult time bringing his product back to town. But Sonny will certainly make sure that Cyrus knows that he has no place in the Port Charles underworld. Look for him to make a trip to Pentonville to reiterate that fact to Cyrus. Whether or not Cyrus has the power to retaliate at this point is unknown, but Sonny will most likely do everything in his power to keep that from happening. But Cyrus always plays dirty and may use Sonny relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) against him.
