General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Learns the Truth – Can He Save Rocco From Criminal Charges?

General Hospital: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that even though Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is dead, that doesn’t mean Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) not worried!

She talks to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) about her worries about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) facing charges for shooting him.

Lulu Tells Sonny That Jason Didn’t Shoot Cullum

Lulu will meet with Ric and Sonny in Monday, July 20th’s episode, and she tells Sonny that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) didn’t shoot Cullum on Pier 55 that night. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was going to also come with her but she tells Sonny that he had to handle some police business, so she’s there alone.

One complication had been that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) had told Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) that it was Rocco, not Jason, but Jason hadn’t updated anyone about his arrival back in town yet.

So, with Jason and Danny on an out-of-town father and son trip, no one really knows that Brennan didn’t do anything about Danny’s “tip” or that the WSB doesn’t really care anymore.

Cullum’s dead and they have a believable cover story to help them save face, thanks to Josslyn Jacks, (Eden McCoy) and that’s that.

Sonny, And Not Even Carly, Were Not Jason’s Next Stops, He Wanted Alone Time With Danny

Sonny, and not even Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) weren’t Jason’s next stops, he just wanted alone time with Danny and they left town for a few days.

He told Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to let Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) know so she wouldn’t be worried about Danny, and she’ll tell Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski).

Lulu and Dante had just barely gotten back with Rocco, when things between him and Danny and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) fell apart, so Lulu and Dante have been trying to handle that.

Lulu wants to make sure that Rocco has legal representation in case he needs it, because thanks to Danny’s big mouth, she’s afraid he’ll be arrested.

Sonny Is Well  Aware Of Danny’s Issues, And He’ll Have A Heart-To-Heart With Rocco Later

Sonny is well aware of Danny’s issues with the WSB and Jason’s arrest, as he broke into the WSB office and also wanted to join the mob to take down Cullum, and free Jason!

As far as Rocco, he’ll have a heart-to-heart with him later in the week on Thursday’s episode, and on Friday, Jason and Danny return from their trip.

 Sonny and Ric should be able to reassure Lulu that if there are questions, Rocco will have legal representation.

But chances are, even though Rocco may need to answer some questions, he won’t be charged with any crimes against Cullum. He’s a dead issue with the WSB, and a chapter in their recent history they’d just as soon forget!
