Even though Sonny knows that Carly and Jason fell in love after his “death,” fans might not realize how hurtful it was to him. Benard hinted at this during a recent Instagram Live Q&A session. The actor explained that Jason broke the code by falling in love and marrying Carly.

“… they have a code. They don’t want you to marry the best friend. Marry a stranger. That’s how these guys are.”

General Hospital spoilers reveal that fans are baffled why Sonny is turning to Nina after her deception. Perhaps this isn’t a love story at all, but a story of revenge. Could Sonny just be using Nina as a weapon to hurt Carly? Sonny might be hurting more over Jason and Carly’s love story than he has admitted.

It wouldn’t be the first time that someone has used another person as a weapon in soaps. It is also teased that there is a twist to this story and fans will finally understand.

GH Spoilers – ‘CarSon’ Happy Ending?

Even though there doesn’t seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel, soaps have a surprising way of reuniting couples. The actors keep hinting that fans will want to keep watching. So, could that mean Sonny and Carly eventually find their way back to each other?
