During the closing moments of the Thursday, December 26 episode, which was “Christmas Eve” night in Port Charles, Sonny felt chest pains after watching the snow fall from outside his penthouse window, as he grabbed his heart and braced through the pain.
He shrugged it off and went to bed, but fans couldn’t help but feel as if he could wake up to something far more serious on Christmas morning.

GH spoilers seem to suggest that Christmas morning may bring chaos for Sonny, and his daughter, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), who is currently staying with him.
The fact that Sonny grabbed his chest in pain means bad news. There’s a very good chance that Sonny could suffer a heart attack during the night.
Will Kristina find him unconscious when she enters his room in the morning? Perhaps she wakes up first, waits for a while for him to get up, and decides to check in on him because breakfast is ready, or the two have Christmas Day plans.

Then again, he could be up and ready to start the day, only for something terrible to happen during breakfast or opening gifts.

If Sonny has a heart attack or any type of medical emergency, he’ll be rushed to the hospital with Kristina by his side.
Still, with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) lurking in the shadows with digitalis, ready to strike, could Sonny fall victim to this?
Everyone knows that Cyrus and Sonny have massive bad blood, so if Sonny had been in the hospital, Cyrus may not have been able to resist injecting him with the fatal medication that took the lives of both Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

There has been so much sadness on GH that we need some good news. I.e. like Blaze returning for Kristina. Would like Sonny to be pk and chest pain ended up not to be serious. Hopefully Cyrus will get caught soon and sent to prison for life!!
GH writers had it hard in social media this year and much of it was well deserved. Returning Chris Van Etten on the heels of his dismissal was a mistake in my opinion. He was involved in many radical twists that made GH viewer’s cringe in pain and yet he appeared again. The only saving grace was he didn’t drag Dan in with him. Remember the chant “Chris and Dan, Dan and Chris” across social media? Patrick Mulcahey didn’t have much of a chance to test his stories. After ditching GH history to drive a wedge between Sonny and former friends Anna & Laura, he did a great job with Gregory’s death. However, fans didn’t want Gregory to die. Many wanted to explore the relationship between Gregory and Tracy. Between anonymous scribes of the writers strike and the extreme fluctuations of writing teams coming and going, GH fans have taken a wild ride. One thing I can say is when a popular actor leaves by their own decision, recast. Don’t ship them out of town in a coffin to blame on the Cassadines years later with a return from the dead story. When you bring someone back to town, consider the original actors first even if you want to take the character in a new direction. The actors are usually popular because they can act so maybe they can go in that direction. Tell the public that you tried with each actor and why they couldn’t return. People can understand a no. If a popular actor doesn’t want to leave but you can’t find a place for them, that’s a whole new story in itself.
Is it possible that Cyrus found a way to get to Sonny? Like when he was out with Kristina earlier? I do not want Sonny to die!!! Don’t put him in GH, take him to Mercy instead. Cyrus can’t be trusted with his Digitalis at GH.
I think Kristina will fellow Sonny into the mob business. That could be why they changed the character so much. Kristina will even scarier than Claudia Zaccarra and Faith Roscoe. There was a lot of background story for Dex. It was a real waste to kill him off.

I’m not impressed with these writers they act as if they don’t have any idea what they are doing Sonny having a heart attack and two others dyeing prior to this because od Cyrus who hasn’t been seen on hospital cams along with other nonsense the writers have put in the audiences faces which makes no real sense.
