In the process, General Hospital spoilers say Spinelli has helped out from time to time, but his last effort to trip Gladys up ended with egg on his face as she one-upped him. Will the fair Samantha call on him with an easier task in mind this time around?

If so, will it blow back on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) — leaving Sonny having to choose between having Nina’s back or telling Anna the truth?

Last year, we saw Spinelli make his way to Portland, Oregon to spend the holiday with Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) — who was clearly cozying up to Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen). Ah yes, another storyline — dropped.

Maxie was busy wasting time with Dr. Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), and fans were dying for her to drop the dead weight and welcome Spin back into her heart.
