General Hospital Spoilers: Stella Advises Sonny Mike Is Declining – How Long Does He Have Left?

General Hosptial (GH) spoilers tease that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson-Johnson) is back from her European vacation, which means she has been checking on her favorite patient, Mike Corbin (Max Gail). The two became close when Mike was first diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She helped Mike and his family, including his son, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), navigate the days as Mike’s symptoms continued to worsen.

GH Spoilers – Mike Corbin lived with Sonny Corinthos for awhile

Right after the diagnosis, Mike lived with Sonny and his family for quite a while. Stella remained a constant in Mike’s life, and she was the one who helped convince Sonny that when Mike started to be too much for them to handle, that it was time to send him a full-time treatment facility, although in the beginning he just spends his days there, returning to Sonny’s at night. But now, Mike is at the facility full time.

General Hospital Spoilers – Mike Corbin is on the decline

Now that Stella is back, she will likely check back in with Sonny with bad news. Mike in on the decline and she will likely suggest that the family prepare for the worst. Mike won’t have much time left, so look for Stella to inform Sonny and advise that they spend as much time together as possible in the meantime.

GH Spoilers – Seeing Mike Corbin is difficult for Sonny Corinthos

But seeing Mike in such a state is difficult for Sonny. There are times that Mike doesn’t even know who Sonny is. Mike and Sonny haven’t always gotten along in the past, but seeing his father like this is heartbreaking. Stella knows full well that this is tough on everyone involved. But Mike won’t have that much time left, so whatever pain Sonny is feeling, he needs to be there for his father, and for himself?
