General Hospital Spoilers Spoilers – Steve Burton Shot His Scenes Before Sam McCall’s Death
“I had to shoot that stuff with her first and then go backward because we shot everything out of order, so those are my first scenes,” he said. “It was really interesting to have gotten all that emotion out and then have to go back. I know people in movies do this all the time, but as an actor, it’s not your favorite thing to do.”
Burton said it was hard to get all of his emotions out and then having to shoot the scenes where he realized something was wrong and sending, the kids to Bobbie’s until he figured it all out.
Later Jason had to tell not only his son but his niece that their mother had died. The scenes with the kids were very emotional as well. However, most fan agree that Jason’s goodbye to Sam was true to who Jason and Sam were and will always be.
