General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) hasn’t been involved with anyone romantically since his return to Port Charles earlier this year. Jason has been busy dealing with the Pikeman Group and FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) that he didn’t seemingly have time for passion.

For a while, it looked as if Jason was going to be paired with either Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), but nothing ever panned out.

Many fans were hoping that Jason would eventually reunite with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). But Sam is reportedly slated to die a little bit later this fall, so that means Jason and Sam are over for good.

Jason can’t go without love forever so it looks like there’s another possibility coming up. In recent weeks, Jason has been growing closer to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and they even shared a kiss recently when they both believed they were about to die.

In a recent Instragram story, Steve Burton seemingly dropped a huge clue from behind the scenes. Claiming he was “Back at it!” Burton posted a selfie of himself outside a closed set sign.

Closed sets are often used to film more intimate scenes such as love scenes so it appears that Burton may be filming a love scene. Given the way the storyline is heading, it would seem that Anna and Jason are about to hit the sheets.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan And Anna Devane May Become The New Big Couple

Jason and Anna’s kiss met with a mixed reaction from the fans. While some were all for it, others feel the couple are completely mismatched. Part of the issue is that Jason once had a romance with Anna’s daughter, Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough).

Of course that was many years ago, but things would still be awkward should Robin return home at any point in the future. Regardless, it seems inevitable that Jason and Anna are poised to hook up.
