There are so many current and former soap stars that have been in at least one movie for the Hallmark Channel. GH alum Ryan Paevey (Nathan West) and Days of Our Lives fan-favorite Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady DiMera) has appeared in multiple movies for the Christmas-obsessed feel-good network. Drake Hogestyn (John Black, Days) was recently in his first Hallmark movie, Zach Tinker (Fenmore Baldwin, Y&R) has been cast and Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan, Days) is a regular sweet-”Heartie”!
GH Spoilers – Steve Burton Brainstorming
A fan asked Burton and Anderson about Hallmark movies on a recent segment of the podcast, Stone Cold and the Jackal. The viewer wanted to know if either of them would consider working on a movie for the network. Both of them actually expressed interest, but Burton teased that he already has an idea for a great story.
Now, he didn’t give any clues on what the storyline could be about, but we are sure it’s a great one. So, we can’t wait to see if it goes from Burton’s mind to our television screens!

Fans know that Burton and Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli) are kinds of package deals. They work on the ABC soap opera together. They also work together when it comes to playing music, doing comedy, and putting together the podcast. So, it’s only natural that Burton and Anderson would also be in a Hallmark movie together! Burton said, “Of course you’re in it. It’s for us! You might not get the girl, but you’re in it.”

Should be fun hallmark would be nice I wonder what’s the name of the movie at least hallmark would give him a good part he don’t have to worry about them mess with everything they keep like it is unlike gh maybe because then ppl got a happy marriage and happy live
I’m sure Steve would do a great job with this movie. But, just hoping there aren’t any plans to leave GH!

Don't forget about Jack Wagner who played Frisco Jones on GH and now is in Hallmark movies.
I think Hallmark likes soap actors because they can act and learn their lines quickly. Hallmark puts out many movies each year so they need actors who can learn their lines quickly and do a great job all around.
