General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that it’s been a hot minute since Hayden Barnes has been in Port Charles. A recent Instagram post by the character’s portrayer, Rebecca Budig, has sparked a buzz that Hayden may possibly return to the daytime drama in the near future.

General Hospital Spoilers – Mom & Daughter Reunited
GH spoilers note Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) adores the idea of her dad, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) with her aunt Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) together; however, would she still feel that way if her mom came back to the little town?
It’s hard to say, but the nice thing is that the onscreen mother-daughter duo was reunited recently, in real life. Budig posted a photo on her Instagram of her and her young co-worker, Jophielle, along with a bearded dragon.
For those who recall, Dr. Finn has a service lizard known as Roxy, so the mom-and-daughter duo, along with the bearded dragon had GH fans buzzing in the comment section.

With Finn dating her half-sister, this is the most opportune moment for Hayden to resurface. How would Ms. Barnes feel knowing that Elizabeth was with Finn? How conflicted would Violet be, if her mom showed up again? It would certainly make for an interesting storyline.
Budig first entered the soap as Hayden Barnes in 2015, and while she started off as a villainess, thanks to her love affair with the good doctor, she went on the road to redemption. She exited the show in 2017, only to return in the summer of 2019, surrounded by mystery.
Sadly, by the spring of 2020, she was gone again, leaving as she feared Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
After all, she came back to the little to expose that he wasn’t really a Cassadine. As this is all water under the bridge, a comeback should definitely be in the cards for Ms. Barnes!
