General Hospital Spoilers: The Five Most Evil GH Villains, Do You Agree?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that there have been a lot of villains that have passed through Port Charles over the years. However, only a few have left major lasting impressions.

5. Peter August

Peter August came to Port Charles to work for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Peter’s job was to run Aurora Media since Drew had no experience in the field.

However, Peter actually came to town to keep an eye on Drew who he had helped kidnap for Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). Peter commented plenty of crimes while he was in Port Charles. Peter even lured Faison to town which lead to his half-brother, Nathan West’s (ex-Ryan Paevey) death.

4. Franco Baldwin

General Hospital’s next memorable villain is Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth/James Franco). Although writers tried to redeem Franco by saying he had a brain tumor, all of his evil-doing could not be forgotten by some fans or residents of Port Charles.

Franco put Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in the path of the man who raped him in prison. Franco stalked and assaulted Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) while forcing Jason Morgan (ex-Steve Burton) to watch.

Franco was a serial killer in two countries and used this killing for art. Franco even kidnapped a baby and give it to his mother. These are just a few of his crimes.

3. Shiloh Archer

Shiloh was GH’s resident cult leader who would have his female followers drug other members of his cult and sleep with them to initiate them into the group. Shiloh was evil to a fault and was killed while trying to kill Jason.

Sam ended up going to prison for Shiloh’s death but at least Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) didn’t fall victim to his plans. Shiloh came to Port Charles to target Sam for taking his inheritance.

2. Caesar Faison

Faison was General Hospital’s resident spy villain. Caesar was also the father of Peter August. Obsessed with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Faison often tried to worm his way into her life. Faison was a DVX agent who knew that Anna double-crossed the WSB. Faison shot Jason and kidnapped him for Helena to use in a brain mapping experience that didn’t work.

1. Helena Cassadine

Helena was the matriarch of the Cassadine family and wife to Mikko Cassadine (John Colicos). Although all of the Cassadines were evil, Helena was the most evil of them all. Helena has brainwashed men and made them her soldiers so they would steal and kill for her.

Helena slit Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) mother’s throat. Helena murdered her own daughter, attempted to murder one of her sons, and even sent Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) away to a boarding school where he was tortured for years. These are just a few of Helena’s crimes but she is considered the most evil of all GH villains.

These are just a few of the villains that have passed through Port Charles over the years but all of them had a lasting impact on their victims.
