General Hospital Spoilers: The Real Reason Dex Is So Passionate About Taking Sonny Down

General Hospital spoilers reveals when we first met Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), it was under the guide of a guy Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) tracked down to help him bring an end to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) reign of terror over Port Charles. Michael could have had no idea when he put out the call for an undercover mole that the person who answered that call would have their own agenda for going up against Sonny and taking him down.

That’s just who Dex is though, and by the time Michael finds out the truth, it’ll be too late to stop what Dex has put into motion. Will Michael backpedal on his plans once he finds out Dex was playing him all along too?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Finds Out Michael Corinthos Is Plotting Against Him

Dex wasn’t lying. He’s zeroing in on the information he needs to take Sonny’s organization apart piece by piece, and he’s supposed to hand it all over to Michael soon. Sonny is handing Dex a very stern warning that he better not screw up again — or else. He doesn’t need the headache of finding a replacement for Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) replacement, but if Dex is going to keep leaving him hanging and turning up without an explanation for his behavior, Sonny will cut him loose — or worse! Fortunately for Dex, Sonny’s warning will stick, and he’s not only going to be the best right-hand man he can be, but he’s going to turn on Michael and reveal the truth to Sonny.

GH Spoilers – Tease Sonny Corinthos Will Turn to Dex Heller

Sonny is going to expect he can rely on Dex, given that he’s got it all painted like he set Michael up from the beginning. However, Sonny is still in the dark about Dex’s real scheme — which has nothing to do with Michael. As Sonny learns to rely on Dex, it’s going to become even more important that Dex know the inner ropes of his business while the PCPD are circling around Sonny’s organization, thanks to Michael letting them in on what little he learned from Dex before he went rogue. Will Sonny be arrested, forcing Dex to step in and man the ship?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Is Dex Heller’s Dad

H lily is mom and he’s resentful bc lily’s dad told him sonny abandoned her It won’t be until Sonny’s organization is ready to implode from Dex’s mismanagement that someone might be able to smooth it all over. Hernando Rivera (Ismael ‘East’ Carlo) will resurface and stun Sonny and his associates.

Only the longtime associates on his payroll are going to know that name. In due time, it will be revealed Dex is Hernando’s grandson, making him the son of Lily Corinthos (Lilly Melgar) – Sonny’s first wife who he thought was killed in a car explosion meant for him nearly 26 years ago. When Sonny learns Lily — who was pregnant at the time — survived and was held captive by her father, who raised her son to believe his father abandoned him, it will all add up.
