General Hospital spoilers reveal Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is headed back to Port Charles soon, and rumors are swirling about what could possibly bring this guy back to town when so many other noteworthy events have exempted him from making the trek. Over the last nearly-ten years, we’ve seen missed opportunity after missed opportunity where Lucky should have been present but he wasn’t.

We lost Luke in early 2022, and the proper farewell that so many fans felt he deserved didn’t really play out. There was immense backlash in the GH community as fans tried to convey how important it was for some semblance of Luke to be on-screen, but Geary wasn’t having it.
Being written off the show and killed when he hadn’t been on it in years felt like a slap in the face to longtime viewers who longed for Luke to have a few more moments to say goodbye to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
His memorial service was held aboard the Haunted Star. Fitting, but his son wasn’t in attendance, and that didn’t sit well with fans. So, if Luke’s death couldn’t get Jackson on board to return, what has?

GH Spoilers Tease That Hints Are Being Dropped
While news hasn’t broken that Lulu is headed back to the sudser, it would be a very legitimate reason for her big brother to come back to town.
He already missed out on saying goodbye to his dad. He’s not going to risk missing some face time with his sister when she finally comes to.
Besides, he knows his mom, Laura, has her hands full raising baby Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). She’ll need all hands on deck to assist with getting Lulu into full recovery mode — and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has moved on with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)…or has he?

General Hospital Spoilers — Is This Temporary?
Of course, the question on everyone’s mind is whether Lucky will be back for a short stint, or whether his venture to Port Chuck might keep him around longer than anyone could have hoped for. If he’s coming home to help take care of his sister, he’s bound to be in town for an extended period.
After all, Lulu has been in a coma for years. She’s going to struggle with muscle atrophy. She’ll need regular neurological appointments and someone to drive her to and from routine physical therapy.
It’s going to be an uphill battle getting her back to full strength and caring for her, and the Mayor of Port Charles can’t do all of that.
So, will Lucky come home to play nursemaid to his sister for the foreseeable future? Are we getting both Lucky and Lulu back? Fingers crossed! Share your thoughts with us and keep checking back for more GH news and spoilers.
Ethan didn’t die. But Lucky also didn’t return when Spencer “died”, ow when his son was being bullied the 1st time. And now it seems Aiden is being bullied again. I just hope they give him a DA MN good reason for not coming home for any of that, instead of making him an uncaring, inconsiderate, loser, deadbeat Dad. Lucky was never any of those things, even when he was on drugs. As for JJ not coming back for any of it, he has said before that he’d love to return if asked, WHEN his schedule allowed. And he has been extremely busy, getting TV and movie parts, and on tour with his band with his brother, including an overseas tour.
Or Lucky didn’t come home when they thought Nikolas was dead, the first time. So does this mean that one of the PC detectives is leaving?…Dante, Chase. PC never have more than two detectives at one time. Because if Lucky is here to stay then let’s guess he will get his job back!!
