General Hospital Spoilers: The Town is Up in Arms When Three Inmates Are on the Loose

General Hospital Spoilers say all of Port Charles will be terrified soon when news breaks from the PCPD that three prisoners have escaped from Spring Ridge — and one of them is Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). He was supposedly suffering from Locked-In Syndrome all of this time and was paralyzed with the exception of his eyes. Surprise! That was a lie, too. No one will be safe with Ryan roaming the streets with Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). How will the PCPD manage to catch up with all three of them, and who will piece together the reality of why they jumped ship together?

General Hospital Spoilers — Ryan Chamberlain Has Scarred Many In His Past

It’s a fairly normal response for the whole city to be on high alert when they learn a psychopathic killer like Ryan is running the streets. He was supposed to be invalid. Most will be surprised by this turn of events and putting it together that he was pretending the whole time and capable of fooling some of the world’s most renowned doctors. But Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) won’t be stunned.

She always had an inkling he wasn’t trapped in that wheelchair, and it’s why she would stop by Spring Ridge just to taunt him, in hopes he would slip up and reveal what she always knew in her gut. He was just biding his time until he could take his anger out on her again. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) is certain to be shaken up by the news, and Max Scorpio (John J. York) will have to struggle with whether to be with the force out looking for Ryan, or home with his wife making sure Ryan isn’t looking for her.

Heather hasn’t been kind to the people of Port Charles over the years. Once, she switched Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) baby with Tea Delgado’s (Florencia Lozano) baby. Sam hasn’t likely forgotten that and wouldn’t be happy to hear Heather is roaming the streets of Port Chuck. Will Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) be able to protect Sam should Heather come around again? He might be equally as worried about his mother, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who Heather once injected with LSD and tormented. She also kidnapped Olivia’s former business partner and best friend, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Of course, Heather and Ryan have maimed a considerable number of lives, but none so recently as those Esme has harmed. She preyed on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and actively sought out his family to endanger them and rip their lives apart. Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was a target from day one, and Esme fueled Spencer’s hatred of her. Esme also slept with Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and ended up pregnant with his child. She published revenge porn of Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) — and she framed their best friend, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) for it.
