This Is The Reason Drew Has Gone Dark
There’s a theory that one of the big reasons why Drew has gone to the dark side is because of his deep-seated jealousy and hatred of the Quartermaines and Sonny.
Jason’s and Drew’s parents are the late Alan Quartermaine and Susan Moore, and while Jason was raised a Quartermaine, Drew wasn’t.
It goes without saying that the internet had a lot to say about the matter.
Some critics of the show even wrote comments such as, “The Quartermaine angst only started after they sided with Michael. Tracey might have some jealousy since she once told him he was more like Edward Quartermaine than any of them.”

“That’s why Tracey told Ned he had better be on his game. She knows Michael will come for the company with Drew waiting in the wings.”
Another fan of the show wrote, “The thing is, before he hooked up with Willow, he was fully accepted by the Quartermaine’s. Monica considered him her son, even Tracy was coming around to him and was proud when he changed his name to Quartermaine.”
“He and Michael were joined at the hip, trying to take ELQ from Ned and running Aurora. So this narrative that Jason is the golden boy and he’s the black sheep isn’t based in reality. They all turned on him because he betrayed them by sleeping with Michael’s wife.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I would believe this was about sticking it to the Q’s if he wasn’t still desperate and fighting for the name back. I don’t think his affair with Willow and wanting to take the kids from Michael is about feeling inferior and wanting to take down the Quartermaines.”
Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

Come on, he suffered an injury in prison. It will likely turn out to be an injury that is making him act like such a jerk. The guy is a great soap actor, but the character is horrid. They will find his injury after Willow dumps him (for one of many reasons), he will get hurt they discover the brain issue – and he goes off camera to film his Hallmark show.
