General Hospital Spoilers: This Isn’t The First Time Cassius Stole Nathan’s Identity

Cassius Faison is doing a great job impersonating his dead twin brother Nathan West on General Hospital.  In fact, he’s so good at being Nathan that we can’t help but wonder if he’s done this a time or two before.  Has Cassius been in Port Charles before and we just didn’t realize it?  

Britt Westbourne Knows The Truth

The fact that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) knows that Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) is her twin brother is actually a huge clue. 

Not only does Britt know that Cassius is an impostor, but she’s actually helping him get away with it and keeping his secret.  Have they been playing people together since they were kids?

Britt and Cassius’ relationship is definitely shaky, but they seem to work well together.  Just this week on General Hospital, Britt actually tipped her brother off about WSB agent Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).  It’s pretty clear where her loyalties lie at the end of the day.

 Has Cassius Done This Before

Cassius Faison and Nathan West are identical twins, so it wouldn’t be difficult for them to have switched places over the years and pulled the wool over everybody’s eyes. 

When Nathan West was an active character on General Hospital before he was murdered, there were instances where he went off the canvas and returned.  It’s entirely possible that when “Nathan” returned any of those times, it was actually Cassius.

Cassius seems to genuinely care about a lot of the people in Nathan West’s life, as if this isn’t the first time that he has been around them.  Plus, he knows a lot of his brother’s history. 

Unless Britt gave him an encyclopedia of Nathan’s life to study, Cassius is doing a great job convincing people that he is his twin brother.
