General Hospital spoilers report it’s just a few days into the new year and three of Port Charles’ most adored couples are potentially on their way out. Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) leveled a truth bomb in Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) direction, and now it’s spidering out into the lives of everyone he loves.

Nina Reeves Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) spiteful move to put Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in prison has already cost Sonny’s family so much, but lying on top of it will be the icing on the cake.

It makes sense that Sonny may not be able to forgive his new wife for her betrayal, but that’s not the only relationship on the rocks this year.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos And Nina Reeves Are Beyond Repair

Sonny was floored when Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) told him it was Nina who reported Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC for insider trading. But he was even more stunned that so many people knew and kept the truth from him.

In his book, they may not be any less guilty than his other half is. Nina may have put Sonny on notice and told him she won’t let this be the end of their marriage, but he’s been through this a time or two — or ten.

He knows that he has the final say, and right now, he can’t stomach the thought of his wife touching him. As the truth continues to unravel and everyone’s wounds are reopened, it’s not likely that he’s going to warm back up to her. The fans think Sonny and Nina are toast.

GH Spoilers – Say DrewCain Isn’t the Man Carly Spencer Fell in Love With Anymore

Drew’s behavior was already suspect before he went to Australia on a whim to close a deal for Aurora Media.

Carly wasn’t aware of the issues Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was having with Drew, but she and Sam have certainly been getting closer than ever as of late.

So as drama kicks into high gear soon between Drew and Sam — in a battle over Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) future — Carly may find herself torn between the two of them.

Now that Drew is back, he’s already let slip that he handled the business deal in a way that was completely out of character for him, along with several other moves he’s made lately that weren’t the norm for him.

But soon, Carly is going to be so buried in grief from losing her mom and learning it was Nina who targeted her that she may not have the bandwidth to stick it out with a less-than-reliable and emotionally unstable boyfriend who isn’t acting like the man she fell in love with.

Over at the Quartermaine gatehouse, things are going to be rather tense for Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). There is no world in which Willow lets Michael off for his secret-keeping anytime soon. The reality is, she might never.

He was quick to remind her of how she withheld the truth about her cancer diagnosis from him when she was pregnant with their child, but she didn’t take kindly to his comparison. Was he wrong? Not exactly. But if this pair can’t see eye to eye soon, they just might part ways.
