General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, April 16: Ava’s Snake Shocker, Charlotte’s Plan Goes Awry – Michael’s Nelle Gamble – Maxie & Robert Spar

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, April 16, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will discuss this tricky marriage situation. Although Willow’s in love with Chase and wants to be with him, she also has to consider what’s best for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).

On Thursday, Chase will remind Willow that this is her choice, not his. He won’t want Willow making her decision based on his own feelings. Willow has to decide what’s right for her and her alone. This should lead to a conversation about whether Willow can handle it if Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) scores full custody. Could Willow accept that knowing she could’ve done more to help?

General Hospital Spoilers – Wiley’s Fate In Diane’s Hands

At GH, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will realize he’s taking a gamble. Willow assured Michael that she’d marry him if it was the only way to keep Wiley safe. Michael insisted it wasn’t the only way, so he’s counting on Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) to come through for him. Diane is a great attorney, but there’s only so much she can do.

There’s no denying that Michael’s marriage to Willow would boost his chances in court. Michael will worry about Nelle emerging victorious in this custody battle. He decided to back off the marriage issue, but what if that’s the wrong call? Michael will tell Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that Wiley will the one who pays.

It’s clear that the stress of all this will really take a toll on both Willow and Michael. Since they just won’t be able to pull the trigger on this wedding, Chase and Sasha will soon take matters into their own hands!

Other General Hospital spoilers say Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be a source of contention. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will feel like Peter’s suffered enough, but Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will counter that it’s a matter of opinion. As far as Robert’s concerned, Peter needs to suffer far more.

Over with Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), she’ll fill Aiden Webber (Jason David) in on a big surprise. Charlotte will be excited for everyone to see it – almost as excited as Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who’ll gather the kids around the pinata. Of course, that’s where Charlotte placed the snake she brought to the party with her. Charlotte’s hoping it slithers down as the candy falls.

Finn will suggest it’s the moment they’ve all been waiting for, but Charlotte will hope the fun turns to freak-outs. However, it looks like Charlotte’s plan will go awry. Remember how Ava picked up her giant purse in the middle of that scene with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth)? It seemed significant for Ava to place it on the table next to the pinata.

Plus, Charlotte was bratty to Ava about missing her “real home.” Charlotte ranted about Butterscotch longing for his old stall and griped when Ava dared to call confuse a pony for a horse. We also know Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will scold Charlotte for putting snakes in people’s bags by the end of all this, so it seems that’s where the snake will end up: in Ava’s bag.

Charlotte obviously didn’t mean for this to happen, but it won’t look that way to Ava. It seems likely Ava will shriek over the snake and ultimately accuse Charlotte of planting it for revenge. Their earlier conversation isn’t going to work in Charlotte’s favor.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have another meeting about the enemy. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) needs to be handled right away, so Sonny and Jason will focus on their game plan. There are bound to be more curveballs as this hot plot gets hotter!
