General Hospital: Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma)General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 28 reveal that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) sets up a grand romantic gesture. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is alerted to a mysterious presence. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) rushes to the hospital while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) goes to a meeting.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine’s Gesture

GH spoilers for Thursday reveal that Nikolas will make a big romantic gesture. Nikolas wants to get his marriage back on track. Even though it is teased that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) eventually comes to her senses, is that regarding Nikolas?

For some reason, we have a feeling that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is going to prevent Nikolas’ gesture from going smoothly. In the weekly preview, Nikolas overturns the table that has flowers on it, suggesting Ava rejects the gesture. Perhaps something or someone will intercept Nikolas’ romantic plans.

GH Spoilers -Trina Robinson Alerted

In Thursday’s episode, Trina is working at the gallery by herself. There isn’t supposed to be anyone in the building. Trina certainly isn’t expecting any company. So, when Trina hears a door close, she is on full alert.

Is it just Ava, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), or even Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez)? Or could it be Esme, who might have nefarious plans for Trina? According to the preview clip for Thursday, Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) comes to see Trina. However, that doesn’t mean he is the person who Trina heard sneaking into the gallery.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall’s Terror

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) had to face both Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn, temporarily played by Stephanie Erb). Harmony thought Alexis was going to let her leave town. However, Alexis rushed to open the trunk, where she found Carly. When the situation spiraled out of control, Harmony tried to eliminate both women.

In Thursday’s episode, Sam will rush to the hospital, where Alexis is being treated for her injuries. Carly will also be at the hospital and eventually, she will be reunited with Josslyn.

GH Spoilers  –  For Thursday, April 28

In Thursday’s episode, fans can also expect Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to make a horrifying discovery. Plus, Dante will meet with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Also, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that she thought they were in this together. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) looks for more information. Esme overhears Spencer asking someone for a favor.

      I’m sick of Esme this is going way to far . Makes me not want to look at Ceneral Hospital. Also what happened to the old Trina. I don’t think this one that’s playing Trina can act very well.

      Get rid of Esme; think she should be exposed for everything she has done, including the torching of Ava's car, but even more, the locking of the door which caused Sasha to lose the baby, and also caused her to start the drugs again.
      Stop the drug story; been through it too many times; she has to get rid of that immediately.
      Let's please see who is scaring Liz so much; and please don't let it be Liz herself walking in her sleep.
      Brooklyn and Chase should move on with one another; like Maxie and Austin; what's happening with Britt.
      Sonny and Nina getting married; are you serious? Really wish Sonny would come back to us…not the wishy washy person he has turned into.
      Most important, get rid of Esme and please include Ryan.
