Sam isn’t keen on Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) and Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) spending time with their often drunk grandma right now, but Alexis may hope she can finagle a visit anyway. Sam will get frustrated with Alexis in Thursday’s episode – and the tension may get worse once the topic of Sam and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) split comes up.
Alexis is bound to feel vindicated since Sam listened to her warnings about the threat Jason posed. Even so, Sam doesn’t approve of Alexis’ drinking and that’s not going to change. Sam surely won’t like it if Alexis gloats and pours salt in the wound either!

At the Metro Court, Alexis will mosey up to the bar at some point and face some nervous moments. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will talk about how she’s got her sights on Alexis, who may wonder what that means. GH fans know Olivia’s last matchmaking attempt was an epic fail, but Olivia might be convinced she can find the ideal guy for Alexis with a little work.
Olivia might even suggest Alexis just needs a loving, dependable man like Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) in her life. Little does Olivia know Alexis and Ned are keeping a hookup under wraps. Once Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) senses trouble in the Quartermaine household, she’ll want the scoop from Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). That’ll lead to Monica blurting out that Ned slept with Alexis.

GH Spoilers – Tracy Quartermaine Horrified
Tracy will be horrified over the notion, but she’ll quickly form a plot – one that’s going to backfire in a big way by next week. In the meantime, let’s talk about Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Liz will be as sweet as ever when she tells someone they’re all kind of stuck with each other. General Hospital fans will see Elizabeth give a great pep talk and make a difference on Thursday.
As for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), he’ll move forward with plans to see the new doctor Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) recommended in Geneva. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will be along for the ride – and he’ll spot a familiar face soon enough.
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is secretly working with Dr. Kirk (Christopher Cousins), the doc behind Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) treatment and lingering programming. Once Obrecht realizes Franco is set to be Dr. Kirk’s patient, she’ll argue that the doc has to see him.
Liesl should approve of anything that could help bring Peter August (Wes Ramsey) down – and the voice in Franco’s head might indeed help. Franco hasn’t been able to make sense of what’s happening in his own mind yet, but he’ll definitely think there’s a correlation between the tumor and this voice he’s now hearing.

Of course, the simple answer is that Franco is remembering snippets from Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories, which may still be buried thanks to the memory-mapping project. As for Liesl, General Hospital spoilers say she’ll get busted by Scott. Once Scott learns there’s a link between Dr. Kirk and Dr. O, he’ll be determined to get the whole story!

General Hospital spoilers say Scott will deck Dr. Kirk eventually, so things are really about to get out of hand. There’ll be plenty of shocking moments between now and when the Friday cliffhanger rolls around. Back in Port Charles, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will fish for info during a chat with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Anna will push Dante to share what transpired in Geneva.
Over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll fret about her dreams for a double wedding potentially being dashed. Maxie will seem disappointed as she asks if Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is saying no. Peter will also be on hand, so he might suggest Maxie shouldn’t push it.
Nevertheless, pushy is Maxie’s middle name! We also know Maxie has a knack for roping people into doing what she wants, so Finn will probably sign on for a double wedding after all. As other GH news becomes available, we’ll pass along updates.
