‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, January 8: Alexis’ Risky Gamble, Sonny Confident, Drew Loses Control, Trina and Kai Shocked

General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, January 8, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to make a confession.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) have a revelation. Plus, Brooke Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) reconnects with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

On The Next General Hospital – Trina Robinson’s Revelation

Let’s start off with Trina and Kai, who have gotten roped into the case regarding Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. The goal was to protect Trina’s parents, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

However, now Trina realizes that the ringtone they heard that night must have come from Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) phone. It’s been established that the ringtone was specifically for Wiley Quartermaine (Viron Weaver). 

While Kai wants to act on what they know, Trina doesn’t. So, Trina and Kai will need to agree on how to move forward.

Kai suggested they investigate and actually find proof, then figure out what to do. Even though they aren’t detectives, it’s not a bad idea. However, I worry about what they could discover.

Dante Falconeri Confesses

Meanwhile, Dante is consumed with guilt. The temporary commissioner has made a few mistakes in the case and it could cost him. Now it appears that Michael shot Drew and the conflict of interest could be brought up. 

In addition to that, Wednesday’s episode showed that Dante and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) need to go over Michael’s phone logs. 

Drew Cain Explodes

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Drew will explode. The man has demanded to testify at Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial. However, his overinflated ego and quest to frame Michael could ruin everything.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) takes a legal risk by trying to do damage control. The lawyer decides to put Willow on the stand after all.

What Else to Expect

It is also teased that Brook Lynn will reconnect with Sonny. BLQ might be worried about the future of Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) career.

However, Sonny assures the brunette that she needs to keep the faith. However, she might also be worried about Chase’s loyalty and dedication to Willow.

Also, Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) knocks on the door, surprising Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). She asks why he is in such a hurry, but what will he say?
