‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, July 2: Cullum’s Final Move, Sidwell’s Deadly Demand, Carly Faces Death & Z Arrives

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, July 2, are in! Fans can expect to see Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) fight for her life, while Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) issues an ultimatum.

Plus, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) ties up loose ends, and John Oliver will debut. Find out more about Thursday’s episode below.

John Oliver’s Guest Appearance Run

General Hospital spoilers for July 2 note that John Oliver will debut in a yet-to-be-disclosed role.

His airdates include tomorrow’s show, as well as Friday, July 3, and Monday, July 9.

All arrows are pointing toward Oliver playing the infamous WSB’s “Z”, so it’ll be interesting to see the Last Week Tonight host in the mix of everything.

Speaking of tomorrow’s show, the General Hospital promo shows Cullum asking one of his goons if “the unknown element” has been contained.

It looks like he’s tying up loose ends before his escape. Still, who is Cullum referring to?

Carly Spencer’s Fight

General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Carly may have whacked Cullum’s WSB crony in the back with that fire poker during the Wednesday, July 1 episode, but she’ll have to fight for her life during the Thursday, July 2 episode.

The preview shows Carly crawling on the floor of the Wyndemere living room, struggling to leave, as a hand grabs her foot.

In other news, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will continue to try to escape from their cell prison, but considering a guard met them at the door on July 1, will they be successful?

Added teasers suggest Carly will be shocked by something – or someone – so will Liesl and Joss save her when all is said and done?

 

Jenz Sidwell’s Ultimatum

Over at the art gallery, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a revelation. He’s stuck between a rock and a hard place as Sidwell has a gun held to ADA Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) head.

In the General Hospital preview for Thursday’s show, Sidwell tells Sonny, “I want to get away, and I think you are just the man to help me do that.”

Will Sonny help Sidwell – his biggest rival right now – leave Port Charles? 

In related news, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will hear a confession that shocks her.

Will Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) admit he isn’t Phoebe Wilson’s (Lucia and Luna Creighton) father?

Then again, she may overhear dialogue between Sonny and Sidwell, so there’s that, too.

In the July 2 preview, Ava is in the gallery stock room with Ethan, as she tells him that they have to do something now.

Ethan was shot, saving Ava, and losing a lot of blood. Will he be okay?

Felicia Scorpio’s Confession

Over in France, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will admit to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that she was right.

Anna believed that “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) was Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), Nathan’s twin, and she was bang on.

Felicia was skeptical when Anna told her, but it sounds like she’ll admit she was wrong.

Added teasers imply that Anna will be grateful, as the last thing she wanted was for “Nathan” to be an imposter; however, at least she knows she’s not losing her mind!

Finally, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will support Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Cody will still be spinning about confronting Cassius, and James West’s (Gary James Fuller) broken heart, so he’ll need a shoulder to lean on.

Tracy will be more than happy to provide just that for her friend, who saved James from a whole lot of trauma, considering it seemed like Cassius was going to take the boy on the run!
