Coming Up On General Hospital

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) confides in Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) warns Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) lashes out. Also, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will fume over a discovery. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the next episode of the ABC soap opera.

Hamilton Finn Lashes Out

GH spoilers for Thursday, June 20  reveal that Finn will continue drinking and lashing out. Everyone is trying to help Finn by encouraging him to go to meetings and rehab.

However, Finn doesn’t think he has a problem or is too ashamed to admit it. Either way, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) is already being affected.

Violet had to wake her passed out father up one day. Another day, a drunk Finn brought home a strange woman to get frisky.

Violet wasn’t home that night, but what’s to stop Finn from bringing someone else home when Violet is asleep? What if that person is dangerous? 

In a preview clip, Violet tells Finn that she doesn’t want to leave him alone. Could this be the wake-up call that Finn needs to get help?

GH Spoilers: Carly Spencer’s Warning

On Thursday, June 20, fans will see Carly issue Jason a warning. Right now, Carly isn’t aware that she is the reason why Jason is working with the FBI. At least, not yet, but she will soon!

In the preview clip, Carly does try to warn Jason. 

Giovanni Palmieri’s Lesson

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, June 20 reveal that Gio will get a lesson on Trina. Now, it’s possible that Gio and Trina will connect some more.

However, it’s also possible that Gio just learns about some of what Trina has gone through. Gio has been mixing it up with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Carly, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) since his arrival in Port Charles.

On Thursday, June 20, fans can also expect Sam to be furious. There is also a scene in the preview clip that shows Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) grinning as he tells Sam about the big prize. 

Nina opens up to Maxie. Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) catch up. In the preview clip, Anna shares some words of caution to Mac about someone.
