General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, March 12, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to have an outburst.

Maxie Jones’ Outburst

Let’s start off with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie. Fans know that Maxie chose Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) after finding out Nathan was alive.

However, fans also know that Maxie grieved Nathan for a really long time. She even thought about him after the chaos with Peter August (Wes Ramsey, now playing Owen Kent on Days of Our Lives).

Maxie never really got over losing Nathan. However, Spinelli has always been there to support her and is a really good guy.

To find out that Nathan was able to get over her so quickly is tearing Maxie apart. She finally demands an explanation from Nathan.

Love Hurts

Over with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she doesn’t know what to do. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) suggested she follow her heart.  However, doing that would hurt people, including her best friend.

Next, Lulu gets some advice from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). It sounds like Carly might tell Lulu to think about her friendship first. So, what is the lady going to decide? Either way, someone gets hurt.

Cody Bell’s Prediction

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 12 reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) opens up to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Dante admitted to Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that he fears losing his second chance with Lulu. 

When Dante confides in Cody, the stablehand will tell the detective that Lulu was the one.

Molly Lansing-Davis’ Decision

As for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), she has to make some big decisions. The doctor has informed her she needs to revisit surgery.

While Molly is lying resting, she opens up to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). The lawyer asks, “I know that, and shouldn’t Cody know that?”

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is so grateful to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). It sounds like there is success with the medication!

Also, Valentin ponders an offer.

Over at the docks, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) issues a threat. The right-hand man tells an unseen person, “If anything happens, sir, there will be no place you can hide.”
