General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, May 14, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, we can expect Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to consider her options.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) grills Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) explains her actions. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Britt Westbourne’s Dilemma

Let’s start off with Britt. The woman will weigh her options. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) contemplated taking care of things, but then realized Britt wouldn’t get her meds.

That’s the thing. Britt and others are having their hands forced all because of Britt’s medication. This has spiraled so far out of control and now an innocent teenager is at risk. 

So, Britt confides in Lucas over wine. The doctor will emotionally admit that everyone might be better off if she just disappeared.

However, Lucas might remind her that disappearing won’t make the issues disappear, and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could still be in danger.

Carly Spencer vs Nina Reeves

Over at the hospital, Carly will question Nina. As Nina tries to cover, Carly will wonder if what happened to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) are connected.

Even though Nina is no stranger to lying, Carly can be pretty perceptive.

Dante Falconeri’s Concern

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, May 14 reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will have a heart-to-heart with Rocco.

The commissioner will say something like, “She’s got something going on with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke), she’s hiding something.” 

Dante will also have to share some troubling news with Rocco about the investigation. Dante just found out the truth, so now he has to figure out how to best protect Rocco. Due to the fact that Dante is a good guy, he would have felt compelled to turn his own son in. I just know it, but now he has to figure out what to do now.

Trina Robinson’s Decision

Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has some good news for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

The girl will accept BLQ’s offer, but only under one condition.

This could have something to do with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in tomorrow’s episode, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) will be outraged. 

Plus, Laura explains her actions. 

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he sees Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) heart.

The woman admits she didn’t do it for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), she did it for Sonny. Oh my, let the forbidden sparks fly!
