He confided in her the truth about Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) medical condition. She also found out that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is the one who killed Franco. She will be faced with a difficult decision to keep the information to herself because Cameron is in trouble.

In the promo clip for Thursday, Elizabeth tells Cameron that she knows who really killed Franco. He will be blindsided by the bombshell statement. However, will Elizabeth tell him the whole truth? Will she actually say that it was Peter who committed the murder? Or will she only give Cameron part of the facts and keep Peter’s name out of it? With how off the rails Cameron is right now, Elizabeth will have to deal with this carefully. What will she decide to do and how will Cameron react to the news?

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday reveal that Jax is concerned. He can’t seem to reach Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). He will likely do everything he can to track her down. When he does find Carly, they will need to discuss what’s going on with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). It is teased that during May Sweeps, Jax and Carly will have very different opinions on how to best protect Josslyn. It is also teased that Jax gets angry after learning about Carly’s actions. He will believe that Carly is putting Josslyn in danger.

As for what else fans can expect, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will drop by The Savory. She will want to speak with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Meanwhile, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) pays a visit to Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) house to see her father. Sam will end up making a deal with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) while Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is summoned. Plus, the promo clip shows Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) explaining that he knows exactly how the situation is going to play out. What will the next step be and how will this storyline end?
