General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, October 22: Nina’s Heartfelt Cemetery Words – Carly Needs Nelle Closure – Nikolas’ Love Admission

ABC General Hospital (GH) spoilers Thursday, October 22, tease that in Port Charles, New York Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will put his heart on the line. Nikolas will confess how he really feels about Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and hope she feels the same way. Once Nikolas admits he’s developed inconvenient feelings in this marriage of convenience, he’ll give Ava a chance to speak.

Of course, Ava may try to protect her heart here. She might suggest that she knows Nikolas cheated with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in some capacity and faced a blackmail plot. Nevertheless, Nikolas will want to keep the focus on their marriage and whether Ava wants it to be real or not. Nikolas will just want to know if Ava returns his feelings, so we’ll see if Ava admits she does.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Heartbroken Once

Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will remind Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) of what’s at stake. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) already had her heart broken once when Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) turned out to be a fraud. Valentin will contend that Jax had better be sure there’s a child to find if he’s going to pursue this.

Naturally, Jax may think it’s ridiculous for Valentin to offer a warning like that. Valentin is the one who deceived Nina about Sasha and set her up for heartbreak. Even so, Valentin won’t want to see Nina face more devastation. He’ll know just how crushed Nina would be if this long-lost child hope was taken away entirely.

Jax will probably vow to tell Nina the truth no matter what he uncovers. That’s a promise Jax may not be willing to keep if he finds out Nina is Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) mother. In the meantime, Nina will get down on the ground by Nelle’s grave and offer some farewell musings. Nina will reflect on Nelle’s horrible life story and wish things had turned out differently for her.

GH Spoilers – Harrison Chase Gets Updates

At the Metro Court, it looks like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will get updates on Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) annulment. Chase may wonder what might’ve been if he hadn’t blown things, but he’ll think it’s “best to just hold on to it.” Since Chase is still keeping the fake affair a secret, he may think they should concentrate on happy “Chillow” memories.

Chase may even think Willow’s marriage is something she needs to hold on to as well. He can tell Willow is blissful now that she’s building a family with Willow and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) – and Willow’s happiness is what Chase wants most.

Michael will be curious when he appears and enters this conversation, but Chase may excuse himself and wish them both luck in whatever path they choose. Next on GH, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will speak with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). There’ll be something Carly feels like she’s supposed to remember, so this will surely connect to the Nelle storyline somehow.

General Hospital spoilers say Carly will make an attempt at closure on Thursday, so that’ll probably involve a trip to the cemetery. Nina will fly into a rage by the time Friday rolls around, so Thursday’s episode may bring Carly’s arrival and set up the showdown.

As for Jason, he’ll meet up with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and hear about Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) will.
