Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will show up and prevent the lip lock, but he’ll do his best to keep up his nice act. Spinelli will try to sell the idea that he supports Maxie and Peter’s impending nuptials, but he’s obviously not on board.
General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine On Board
That’ll be obvious to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as well, so he’ll drop by Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) place and pass along a warning. Valentin will feel like Peter still has a serious Spinelli problem on his hands, so he’ll fill Anna in.
It’s worth noting that Anna will be wearing a white witch costume, but General Hospital’s weekly promo also features Finola Hughes wearing a black one. That seems like a huge tipoff to an Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) sighting soon enough.
Alex wants to kill Anna and has already had one failed ambush in Berlin. It looks like Anna’s next ambush could happen right there in Port Charles! General Hospital spoilers say Anna will wind up alone as a storm rolls in. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) plans to take Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) trick-or-treating with Anna will fall through, so she’ll be a sitting target once Finn heads to GH.

GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Needed For Medical Crisis
As for what medical crisis Finn will be needed for, that probably involves Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and whatever ails him. Franco keeled over at The Floating Rib and appears to be having some issues related to his brain. There’s a chance this ties in with when Franco was memory-mapped, but Finn and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will be able to offer more info.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will get updates on Franco’s medical crisis and visit him with a heartfelt apology. Once Ava begs for forgiveness over all the manipulation, she’ll hope they can move forward as friends again. It seems likely Franco will be cool with that.
At Charlie’s Pub, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will have an offer for Julian Jerome (William deVry). General Hospital spoilers say Nikolas will want to dig Julian out of trouble for Ava’s sake, so Julian will mull over Nik’s proposal.
General Hospital Spoilers – Trina Robinson Remains Eager

Next, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will remain eager to restore Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) reputation. She’ll rely on help from Cameron Webber (William Lipton), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab) as that plan moves full-speed ahead.
Julian will spot something rather disturbing as the teen’s talk and prepare for their Halloween party elsewhere. There’ll be a masked man lurking, so Julian will eventually corner the guy and most likely rip off his disguise. Will it be Taggert underneath? It seems likely, so Taggert should have some explaining to do since he’s a “ghost.”
As luck would have it, Taggert knows Julian was the one holding Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) at gunpoint on the pier. There may be a moment of recognition and a promise to keep each other’s secrets.
GH Spoilers – Damian Spinelli Turns To Sonny Corinthos
Back with Spinelli, General Hospital spoilers say he’ll turn to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for guidance. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will also need some of that when she spies Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) having a conversation with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Cyrus won’t try to hide his new connection to Sasha as they sit at the Metro Court. He’ll suggest a mutually beneficial friendship to Sasha, so Carly will fret as she gazes at them nearby. Carly will tell Sonny that she suspects Sasha is on drugs. We’ll see how Sonny chooses to handle this, but Sasha is definitely at risk now that she’s tangled up in Cyrus’ web.
