General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, October 9, 2025! In the next episode, fans can expect Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to make a deal with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) explodes. Plus, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) shares alarming news with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

Anna Devane Compares Notes

Let’s start off with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). The woman is confused and furious after learning that the search warrant had the incorrect address. Now she has to deal with fixing it as well as giving answers to Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). 

It is stated that Anna and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) compare notes. Then, a preview clip shows Anna telling someone, “You might be the perfect person to help me figure this out.”

Michael Corinthos’ Alibi Crumbles

It is also stated that someone’s alibi crumbles. I wonder if this is Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or even Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

That could be connected to why Michael suddenly tells Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that he wants her to see the kids.

Of course, Michael might add that he wants to, but can’t because she’s back with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Another possibility is that Michael might offer Willow a deal. Alibis in exchange for visitation?

Nathan West’s Declaration

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 9 reveal that Nathan makes a declaration. Now, in a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Britt and Nathan meet in the hospital room. Then, Nathan declares that the sooner, the better while Britt flashes a smile. What are these two up to? 

Vaughn’s Intel

Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she just blurted out to Carly that Vaughn is a WSB agent. Of course, the blonde acted like she just found out and how deceptive Vaughn was. However, fans know the truth. 

In the next episode, a shaken Joss will make a confession to Vaughn. The blonde tells the man that Carly knows he’s in the WSB.

When Vaughn blows up, she will try to explain what happened. However, it is stated that Joss fudges the truth. Is this a lie to Carly or Vaughn, though?

Also, Britt lashes out. 

Plus, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) threatens Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). A preview clip also shows Carly blowing up, saying there is only one person she needs to speak to right now, so stay tuned!

      Bringing back ryan pevey as a made up fake nathon is absolutly demeaning .i love ryan pevey wish he would stay with Hallmark where they keep things real.Stupid memory mapping as peter august is so bad it makes me sick.Sick to see such a Great actor like Ryan Pevey to be lowered to such unreal made up world makes G.H look like a comic book you don’t want to read.I sure hope i see Ryan pevey back on hallmark he is too good a actor to settle for such things as mentle mapping double imposter and to bring a child as young as james into this plot is just too sick.

      Hallmark’s sunshine and flowers and happily ever after isn’t real! And if you want “real”, why are you watching a soap?
      Calling RP a great actor is a stretch. I wouldn’t even call him good, but that’s just me. He knew what he was getting into when he agreed to come back. WE don’t even know yet what his story is gonna be, so why not wait and see before complaining?
