General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, September 12 – Laura Provides Her Expertise – Obrecht Makes A Veiled Statement – Ava Counsels Julian

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 12, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have some big news for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). She’ll ask Valentin if he’s “ready for this,” so what could she be referring to?

It may have something to do with Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) release from the hospital. As GH viewers know, Sasha has miraculously recovered from the Avian Flu, which she got from Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) in Puerto Rico. Hopefully she’ll be on her way home soon.

Speaking of Sasha, she’ll have an interesting conversation with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Obrecht is shown in Thursday’s GH preview telling Sasha that they’re “in this together now,” while Sasha looks a bit confused. It’s doubtful that Obrecht would let Sasha know that she knows about her big con in connection with Valentin, so it’s likely that she’s just making some sort of veiled statement.

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins Catches Up With Curtis Ashford

Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will catch up with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). As GH viewers know, Curtis has agreed to work with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) on finding the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) allegedly hid. Curtis promised Jax that he knew someone who was an expert on Helena, and that turns out to be Laura.

On Thursday’s episode, Laura will counsel Curtis on all things Helena, and she’ll mention that Helena’s reach can extend beyond the grave. But will Curtis clue Laura in as to why he’s asking about Helena? After all, Curtis is under the presumably mistaken belief that Spencer Cassadine (Nikolas Bechtel) is the rightful heir who would be named in Mikkos’ will…something that neither Jax nor Hayden have verified to date.

Next on GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will sit down for a conversation with Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). It looks like Dev might be concerned about what Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is going through. As GH viewers know, Joss has been having a tough time going back to school in the wake of Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) death. Dev might find himself worried about Joss, and Sonny will tell him that she’d be going through the same thing with or without him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Julian Jerome Rethinks His Next Moves

Speaking of Josslyn, she’ll have a talk of her own with mom Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). As GH viewers know, Joss ditched school on the first day because of the difficulties she had a result of Oscar’s absence. Carly knows all about Joss’s ditching, and she’ll want to talk with her daughter about facing her problems head on. It looks like she’ll remind Joss about all that she’s got going in her life, while Joss tries to cope.

Other GH spoilers indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will make Julian Jerome (William deVry) rethink his next moves. Of course, Julian is about to head off for Manhattan with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), which is a big move, but he’s also got a big request to consider from Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Brad’s asked Julian to kill Obrecht, and this will be weighing heavily on Julian’s mind. Perhaps Ava will help with that in her own way.
