General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 16 reveal that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) calls Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) at an inconvenient time. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will begin their wedding ceremony. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) warns that Sonny Corinthos aka “Mike” (Maurice Benard) is still in the building.
General Hospital Spoilers – Inconvenience Phone Call
GH spoilers for Thursday reveal that Jax and Sonny raced into the burning Tan-O to save Nina and Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). Jax untied Phyllis and was able to walk her out as she wasn’t passed out yet. Sonny tried to untie Nina while getting her to wake up. He managed to tell her that he loved her and couldn’t lose her. Nina regained consciousness and said she loved him too.
After the rescue, Jax will call Maxie and it is teased that it comes at an inconvenient time. It happens during the wedding, but will Maxie pick up or decline it?
GH Spoilers – Wedding Begins
On Thursday, Jason and Carly’s wedding will begin. In the preview clip, someone comes up to the bride and groom to say something. Jason says,
“Did you just say you’re sorry?”
Jason looks genuinely confused, but it must have to do with what the Five Families have planned.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Still In Fire
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday reveal that Nina gets out of the fire, as does Phyllis. Jax is trying to prevent Nina from going back inside. However, she screams that “Mike” is still in the building. So, it might be up to Jax to save Sonny. If he can’t make it in, then maybe Sonny will find a way out. After all, it is confirmed that Sonny lives as he returns to Port Charles. So, he will get his identity and memories back at some point, but what does that mean for Nina, Carly and Jason?

the writers are chaotic, they try to extend a plot, that eventually goes belly up. The writers appears not to know how to complete a plot and begin another. In a hate filled world, this soap is filled with deception and too much misery. Can the truth for once be addressed without deep rooted revenge. Please stop bringing back dead people. Writers please deal with real world issues stop living in hate and vengeance and all the evils that has been portrayed in General Hospital.
GH needs to fire every one of the writers!
That Sonny's family gets word that he is alive. this has been too long and sad, that a family member is alive and his children are not aware of their dad is alive. have some love in your plot.

Jen and Paula sorry but I don’t agree. GH won 6 emmy’s (2021) which included BEST DRAMA also nominated for 15 other awards. Yes the ratings have fallen, yes they do drag out a story line, and yes it is frustrating but to say the writers are chaotic and terrible don’t think so.
They know about Sonny before the wedding.
Someone get the word that Sonny is still alive. Have things put into place to retrieve all guns upon entering the wedding (church). And have someone behind each of the 5 families … Ready to take them out. Or agents planted around to take them out. Something … Time out for all the violence. Time out.
Get it over with already it has gone on to long stop the wedding it shouldn't happen but if it does it will not be legal because she is still married to sonny and it hasn't been that long

I agree. The writers are terrible. Sonny and Nina are sickning. I can't even watch them together. Writers get with it or you will loose more fans.
They’re not really changing history since Carly and Jason were together before she cheated on him with Sonny. It should have been Jason who raised Michael not Sonny.

I blame the writers on Frank V. He is the boss and signed off on everything they are doing. We really need writers that know the history of General Hospital instead of changing stuff. Yes General Hospital might have won Emmys this year but you can sure count on the fact that it won’t be that way next year. This is the worst writing I have watched. The stories went on way too long. I’m sure that they lost a lot of viewers. We are number three out of the four soap operas that are still on television. That is not good.
I found myself fast forwarding. The Nixon Falls storyline was horrible. Carly and Jason are nauseating. I don’t like the way that they are changing the history of General Hospital. Writers shape up or get out. We can do a better job than you guys have. I am so disappointed. General Hospital is a gem. We are diehard fans. I am preparing myself and won’t be surprised if General Hospital is canceled. Frank V This is serious.
Jax should have called Carly and Jason the second he seen Sonny is alive.These writers are terrible.They knew people wanted Sonny home and they knew people didn't want Carly and Jason to get married but once again these writers do the complete opposite of what the fans want.Thats why they have lost their viewers and their ratings have taking a dive These writers should have been fired along time ago.
I feel Maxie will take Jax call stop the wedding saying Sonny is alive and Jax will give Maxie a heads up about Peter coming for her and stealing the baby he has no clue that she is his Peter then will be caught and go to prison Jax will be back with Nina and Sonny with Carly and family Britt will be back with Jason the Mob will take revenge and blow up Sonnys coffee warehouse, Willow will have Michaels baby Boy Valentin will get with Anna Chase with Brooklynn Sam with Drew and Dante with a New Love Ava reunites with Nick his son and girlfriend get in trouble and go to jail for their attempted crimes and GH moves forward for the year 2022 WalaI
