General Hospital Spoilers: TJ Comes Back Into The Picture In 2026 To Shake Things Up For Molly And Cody?

General Hospital Spoilers leak we haven’t seen TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) since Christmas of 2024. More than a year later, Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has found her way  sort of  through their break-up, back to her calling of writing romance novels, and trying to live out her own love story with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). We’ve waited what seems like all of 2025 to let Molly sort out whatever her issues are while Cody waited right alongside us, ever so patiently.

Now that it seems she’s ready to move forward full steam ahead, I’m wondering if this isn’t the exact moment that the past comes back to haunt her.

Come Together, Right Now

It’s been a bit painful watching Cody and Molly discover each other; I’m not gonna lie. These two have waffled back and forth too many times for me to keep count of.

While Cody has misinterpreted signals a time or two, most of the ups and downs have been credited to Molly. They both seem to have superiorly low self confidence, and I’m not sure how that ends up shaping a relationship between two people.

Regardless, Molly was used to having TJ as her rock, and Cody isn’t exactly the picture of stability, but he is steadfast. Will that be enough if he suddenly has to compete with her past?

GH Spoilers Gossip This Would Fit Nicely Into Molly’s Narratives

As a budding romance novelist, Molly is likely used to gushing over love stories, but that means she’s also absorbed her fair share of stories involving unrequited love, unfinished business, and blasts from the past coming back to wreck everything.

Wherever TJ is right now, he doesn’t even really come into the conversation with Molly, nor with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Weird?

Yes, but I suspect TJ is going to come back into the fold at some point — likely the moment we finally adjust to Molly being fully comfortable with someone else. Now if only she could get comfortable with herself!

He Might Not Be the Only One

If TJ does come back to Port Charles, he has plenty of reason to. Not only is his family there, but he also has an open door to employment at GH. But moreover, there is a looming storyline lurking in the underbelly of his past with Molly — a baby.

Recall that back before Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) and her surrogacy disaster, TJ and Molly relied on Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) as their first surrogate, and she claimed — without evidence — that she miscarriage.

I’ve always wondered if she didn’t, and if we might find out later that she has been raising the child she conceived for TJ and Molly.

That would certainly be a good way to come back and shake up Molly’s world! Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out for Mols!
