:General Hospital Spoilers – Luke Spencer And Laura Spencer

 Let’s go ahead and talk about one of the most popular supercouples ever to come out of Port Charles. Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Laura Spencer’ (Genie Francis) romance and adventures captivated the world.

They were together for many years and had two children together before they finally went their separate ways. Sadly, Luke died a few years ago. But Laura has become the mayor of Port Charles and has remarried Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom).

GH Spoilers – Robert Scorpio And Holly Sutton

In the course of their adventures, Luke and Laura met WSB Agent Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Robert and Luke were the best of friends until Holly came between them. Luke fell in love with Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) when she was missing and presumed dead.

When Luke himself disappeared, Robert comforted Holly and eventually they fell in love. Holly eventually left Robert and Port Charles but they are still friends and Holly shows up in Port Charles periodically.

General Hospital Spoilers – Frisco Jones And Felica Scorpio 

Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) came to town to sing in Blackie Parrish’s (John Stamos) band. But Frisco had an adventurous spirit and in the course of one such adventure, he met Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).

They had many adventures of their own and had a couple children before they ultimately divorced. Frisco ended up becoming the head of the WSB while Felicia found love with Mac Scorpio (John J York).

GH Spoilers – Duke Lavery And Anna Devane

Robert had a child with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and when she showed up in Port Charles they reconciled. But it wasn’t meant to last and Anna eventually found love with Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan).

Duke was involved with the mob so their romance was definitely star-crossed. Duke was eventually murdered but Anna remains in Port Charles as Police Commissioner.

General Hospital Spoilers – Stone Cates And Robin Scorpio 

Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullogh) is the daughter of Robert and Anna. She grew up in Port Charles and when both Robert and Anna were presumed dead, Robin was raised by her uncle Mac.

Robin fell in love with bad boy Stone Cates (Michael Sutton). But their romance was short lived when Stone was diagnosed with AIDS. Even worse is he passed the disease on to Robin.

Sadly, Stone died but Robin was able to keep the disease at bay with continued medical treatment. She eventually found love with Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and the two left town.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Brenda Barrett 

Port Charles changed forever when mobster Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) arrived in town. Although Sonny is a career criminal, he still does a lot of good for Port Charles. Sonny fell in love with bad girl Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil).

As hard as they tried they couldn’t make things work, and Brenda eventually left town. But there may still be unfinished business between these two if Brenda ever comes back.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucky Spencer And Elizabeth Webber

Lucky Spencer (best known as Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) were just teenagers when they met. But when Elizabeth was brutally raped, it was Lucky who was there for her and they eventually fell in love.

Sadly, they couldn’t sustain their relationship and eventually divorced. Lucky left town but Elizabeth is now the Head Nurse of General Hospital and most recently was involved with Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

GH Spoilers -Sonny Corinthos And Carly Spencer

Sonny had many loves in Port Charles. Eventually, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) caught Sonny’s eye. They’ve had many ups and down over the years but finally broke up, seemingly for good a few years ago.

They are still very close and there is always a chance this pair could reunite in the future. They have a history and they share many children together. Many fans are still waiting for them to reconcile.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan And Sam McCall

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was once the best and the brightest of the Quartermaine family and planned to become a doctor. But Jason sustained brain damage after a terrible accident and he was forever changed.

Jason went to work for Sonny and eventually became his enforcer. He fell in love with former con woman Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Unfortunately, like many of the couples on this list, they broke up when Sam decided she couldn’t live in constant danger. But these two are still in Port Charles and share a son, so there is always hope for a reconciliation.

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine And Trina Robinson

 Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) were complete opposites when they met, but somehow they managed to eventually find common ground, and eventually love.

They had their whole future ahead of them until Spencer fell overboard during a cruise in Paris. Trina is currently still mourning Spencer’s death.
